Yes, but depends on who’s recruiting. Every partner is unique and has different requirements. We often use tests to assess the culture fit of a candidate with a given role, however some partners prefer to make such assessment themselves.

How much does it cost

We pride ourselves of being commercially flexible, adjusting our pricing to each each client’s unique requirements. In this regard, the cost may vary depending on factors such as the number of hires, the complexity of the positions, and any additional services you may require.

Our typical range varies from 18-22% of gross annual package, paid post probation. That said, we encourage you to contact us directly and discuss your goals first.

Our payment structure often involves an initial retainer and a second payment upon a successful hire.

The purpose of the retainer is to make sure that both parties are committed to the process, as the search process often consumes resources from us.

The exact amount of the retainer may vary based on the scope and duration of the engagement. Upon reaching an agreement, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the payment schedule, including the required upfront payment. This approach ensures a fair and transparent arrangement for both parties.

Yes. In fact, we often waive certain requirements (such as retainers) for long term partners / repeat clients.

If you are considering multiple hires, we offer competitive pricing packages and discounts based on the volume of positions you are looking to fill. Our team will work closely with you to provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest quality standards in candidate selection and recruitment.

Yes, 100%. While we stand behind our candidate selection process, we understand there’s not always a clear match between a placed candidate and a position, company or culture.

In such cases, we do offer a “probation guarantee” peruiod, during which we will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

The guarantee period and its specific terms are outlined in our service agreement, providing you with peach of mind throughout the recruiting process.
